Up in the Apple Tree

(must be read out loud with a british accent)

This tree has become
my friend of late.
Only fitting
a poem has been wrote
Quiet and gentle,
bracing this spinning world.
A perfect perch
are it's branches
Oval leaves
fill the tree.
And sweet rotten apples
scent the air.

Hip hip hooray!

We all like it. Well done.

And rest assured that it was read aloud in a British accent.

mmmmmm.

I must say... lovely.

It is very warm and thick, but not drudging.
